Legal information
Distance Sales Agreement
General contractual and pre-contract information framework for remote consumer transactions.
Last updated:1. Parties and subject
Provider: Pusva Bilgi Teknolojileri (“Pusva”), [email protected], +90 850 840 14 65. The buyer is the consumer identified during the proposal or order. The subject is the digital product, software, design, consulting or related service whose essential characteristics, scope and delivery method are disclosed before purchase. Pusva's full legal name and address required for the transaction appear in the order-specific documents.
2. Pre-contract information and formation
Before payment, the buyer is informed in clear language of the service characteristics, provider identity and contact details, total price including taxes, additional costs, performance method and timing, withdrawal rights and remedies. The payment obligation is also made explicit. The agreement is formed when the buyer electronically confirms the information and order, and a copy is supplied on a durable medium.
3. Price, payment and performance
The total price and payment schedule appear in the order or proposal. Card payments may be securely processed through iyzico. Pusva performs the service according to the agreed schedule and delivery method. If performance becomes impossible, the buyer is notified and collected amounts are refunded within statutory periods.
4. Right of withdrawal
A consumer generally has 14 days from formation of a service contract to withdraw without reason or penalty. A clear written notice may be sent to [email protected]; a phone call alone may not qualify.
- Eligible refunds are made within the statutory period, without a fee and to the original payment method.
- The right may not apply where performance starts before the withdrawal period ends with the consumer's express consent and acknowledgement that the right will be lost.
- Services performed instantly online and intangible digital goods delivered instantly may fall within statutory exceptions.
5. Disputes and records
Please first contact [email protected]. Consumers may use the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee within current monetary limits or the Consumer Court where applicable. Transaction records are retained for the period required by law.
