How personal data received through the Pusva website and communication channels is handled.

Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), Pusva Bilgi Teknolojileri (“Pusva”) acts as data controller. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions or data-subject requests.
2. Data we process
- Name, email, phone number, company and message submitted through the contact form.
- Contact, transaction and contract details shared during proposals, projects and support.
- IP address, request time and limited technical logs retained for security and troubleshooting.
- A local browser setting used only to remember your theme. The site currently uses no advertising or behavioural analytics cookies.
- When payment is enabled, payment status and transaction reference. Card data is processed by the payment provider and is not stored on Pusva servers.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We process data to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, perform contracts, deliver services, complete payment and accounting operations, secure our systems, manage disputes and meet legal obligations.
- Necessity for entering into or performing a contract.
- Compliance with a legal obligation.
- Establishment, exercise or protection of a right.
- Pusva's legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed.
- Consent where specifically required by law.
4. Collection and sharing
Data may be collected through forms, email, phone, meetings and project tools. Where necessary and proportionate, it may be shared with hosting, email, project and payment providers, professional advisers and authorised public bodies. Appropriate safeguards under Article 9 of the KVKK are applied where a service requires an international transfer.
5. Retention and security
Data is retained for the purpose of processing and applicable statutory periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Reasonable technical and organisational controls include access restriction, encrypted transport and log minimisation.
6. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether and how your data is processed, request correction or deletion, learn recipients, object to certain automated outcomes and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
